Training Level: Elementary

Admission Target: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Training Time: 4 Months or More

Graduation Certificate: Elementary Certificate

Weight Balance, Load Planning, and Flight Coordination are important and essential professions in the aviation industry. This field of study focuses on ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and passengers on aircraft. Students will be trained in load balancing procedures, cargo loading techniques and how to accurately dispatch flights. By joining this field, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to the safety and success of each flight. If you are passionate about aviation and familiar with data-related jobs, this is the field for you!

After completing this course, students will be able to:

Knowledge:

- Clearly describe the functions and tasks of each job position and related positions.

- Present basic knowledge of the aviation industry, aviation security and safety, and dangerous goods regulations.

- Present basic passenger and baggage service regulations.

- Distinguish between types of baggage tags, goods, mail, special restricted baggage, and priority baggage.

- Present the Theory of Load Balance and basic loading instructions.

- Present flight control and coordination procedures.

Vocational skills:

- Calculate the load balance table on aircraft types such as Airbus A320/A321, A330.

- Implement instructions for loading aircraft on Airbus A320/321, A330.

- Supervise flight services at the parking lot

- Control the actual process outside the aircraft and inappropriate services.

- Recognize types of labels, auxiliary tags by color, symbols, abbreviations; Types of documents, papers of customers, documents related to air transport, postal items.

Job opportunities for students after graduation:

Priority is given to positions of Load Balancer, Loading Guide and Flight Coordinator at Vietjet Airports.

Professional positions at other units, companies and organizations operating at airports.

Students are fully equipped with knowledge, skills and degrees, certificates, ready to work immediately after graduation. In addition, students will receive a Primary Vocational Certificate from Dong Nam A College (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) and Professional Certificates issued by Vietjet Aviation Academy (Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam).
