1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return items immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The items are not the correct type or model as specified in the order or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
- The quantity is insufficient, or items are missing as per the order.
- The external condition is compromised, such as damaged packaging, peeling, or breakage.
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents to prove the discrepancies to complete the return/exchange process.
2. Notification and Return Regulations
- Notification Period for Returns: Within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases where the product is missing accessories, gifts, or is broken.
- Return Shipping Period: Within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return Location: Customers can bring the items directly to our office/store or send them via postal service.
