FINANCE - BANKING IS A PROMISING FIELD WITH MANY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The framework program for the Intermediate Vocational Training in Banking is specifically designed to train bank employees with high professional qualifications, ethical standards, and a strong work ethic. Students will develop a cooperative working attitude, respect for laws and regulations in the workplace, and improve their health to perform their duties effectively. With a quality training program, learners will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to seek employment, as well as the ability to self-study and research, assimilate scientific and technological achievements, or pursue further studies at higher levels to meet personal and societal development needs.
The course content includes foundational and systematic knowledge in business economics, economic law, finance, corporate accounting, and the stock market. Students will also receive in-depth training in banking operations, especially in bank credit, treasury management, transaction accounting, and banking transaction skills. The program also covers subjects in information technology, foreign languages, physical education, politics, law, and national defense-security.
Upon graduation, students will receive an Intermediate Vocational Diploma in Finance - Banking and will be capable of taking on jobs related to commercial banking, credit unions, and microfinance organizations. Possible job positions include tellers, credit officers, cashiers, warehouse staff, accountants, auditing support staff, or financial management positions. This course not only opens up attractive career opportunities but also helps students develop sustainably in their banking careers.
After completing the program, learners will have the ability to:
