TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION

Job name: Aircraft cleaning

Training level: Elementary

Admission target: High school graduate or equivalent

Training time: 3 months

Certificate after graduation: Elementary Certificate

The Aircraft Cleaning major focuses on the task of ensuring hygiene and safety for passengers on flights. In order to bring comfort when using services and the best experiences for customers throughout the flight, from the time the plane is on the ground until landing. Students will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform tasks such as cleaning, disinfecting and managing aircraft interior hygiene.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

Knowledge:

- Understand some commonly used terms in the aviation industry.

- Describe the structural components of an aircraft using specialized English terminology.

- Recognize the internal structure diagram of the passenger cabin of various types of aircraft including seating areas, aisles, flight attendant service counters and toilet areas.

- Describe the concept of professional image, professional image building skills as well as the importance of professional image building for individuals and organizations

- Describe the importance and ways to create a good first impression

Skills:

- Effectively handle unusual situations in English.

- Apply specialized terminology to the implementation of cleaning service procedures on aircraft

- Perform cleaning, wiping and sanitizing work proficiently to meet job requirements according to set standards.

- Use equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals to ensure safety.

- Accurately perform professional manners and postures: walking, standing, sitting, etc.

- Correctly perform techniques and methods in building a professional image: smile care, foot care, hand care, nail care, body odor and how to use supporting cosmetics, etc.

Job opportunities for students after graduation:

Priority is given to Vietjet Aircraft Cleaning Staff positions.

Professional positions at other units, companies, and organizations operating at airports.

Students are fully equipped with knowledge, skills, degrees, and certificates, ready to work immediately after graduation. In addition, students will receive a Primary Vocational Certificate from Dong Nam A College (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs) and professional certificates issued by Vietjet Aviation Academy (Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam).
