TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION
Industry, occupation: Controlling and operating aviation equipment and vehicles operating in restricted areas of airports

Training level: Elementary

Admission target: High school graduates or equivalent

Training duration: 3 months

Dong Nam A college respectfully introduces a new major: Controlling and operating aviation equipment and vehicles operating in restricted areas of airports and airfields. By participating in this major, students will be equipped with solid knowledge of the control, maintenance and repair of aviation equipment, along with the soft skills necessary to work in a professional environment. The curriculum focuses not only on theory but also on practice, helping students to apply it immediately to real work. With the support of experienced lecturers and modern facilities, we are committed to providing students with the best learning environment. This major meets the increasing demands of the aviation industry, which requires precision and safety in every activity.

After completing the program, students are able to:
Knowledge:
- Acquire knowledge of labor safety, industrial hygiene, fire and explosion prevention to avoid causing losses to people and production, measures to reduce labor intensity, increase productivity.

- Present the most general knowledge about automobiles, and aviation equipment and vehicles to maintain, control, and operate aviation equipment and vehicles operating in restricted areas of airports.

- Determine the technical characteristics, structure, working principles, methods of using specialized tools and equipment to serve the maintenance and repair of automobiles and ground support vehicles at airports.

- Determine the cause of damage and maintenance of automobiles and ground support equipment.

Skills:

- Implement labor safety and industrial hygiene measures.

- Use tools proficiently, following the correct procedures and regulations.

- Ensure safety for equipment and people.

- Proficiently use specialized equipment.

- Detect and maintain common failures of systems on cars and ground support equipment.

Job opportunities for students after graduation:

Priority is given to positions of Controlling and operating aviation equipment and vehicles at airports and airfields where Vietjet operates.

Professional job positions at units, companies, and organizations operating at airports and airfields.

Job positions at companies providing maintenance and repair services for aviation equipment and vehicles.

Students are fully equipped with knowledge, skills, degrees, and certificates, ready to work immediately after graduation. In addition, students will receive a Vocational Primary Certificate from Dong Nam A College (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) and professional certificates issued by Vietjet Aviation Academy (Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam).
