Admission Application

The admission application include the following attached information. Students should review the details and then download the attached forms. For any questions or assistance, please contact the Admissions Office via the school’s hotline.

The application dossier includes:

1- Application form (as per the template);

2- Curriculum vitae (Candidates are required to attach a photo and have it certified by the local authority or their workplace);

3- Notarized copy of ID card and birth certificate;

4- 04 photos (3 x 4 cm) (latest photo taken within the last 06 months);

5- Health check certificate (Health certificate issued by medical facilities in districts or the school will organize a general health check at the beginning of the year);

6- Valid copy of high school diploma and transcript (temporary graduation certificate for those graduating this year);

7- Valid copy of diploma and transcript from vocational training, college, or university (for those applying for a second degree);

8- Valid copy of transcript and certificate of basic level (for those applying for a lateral transfer to the intermediate level);

9- Priority documents (if any);

10- 2 stamped envelopes with address.
