On July 23, the Southeast Asia General College, Ho Chi Minh City had a meeting with the Binh Duong Fine Arts - Culture College to discuss future cooperation directions for training and linkage between the two schools. After the meeting, both sides agreed on some common points.

Specifically, the leaders of the two schools agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and training in the near future. In particular, both sides agreed on the direction of cooperation to send graphic design and tour guide students to work in the Japanese market in the future.
