Most students just follow the trend, and when they see a "hot", attractive, flashy industry such as information technology, finance, banking, aviation... they rush to register for the exam.

Choosing a career with too little knowledge about the profession, or even not understanding the chosen profession or not having the aptitude for the profession, will certainly encounter great obstacles in their career activities. Many students want to enter university regardless of their major, with the idea: study to get a degree first, think about career later!

Currently, society is in great need of skilled technical workers in fields such as mechanics, garment, food processing... But most young people only choose these professions when they have "fallen off the horse" of university, with no other way to go!

Therefore, career guidance for students is currently an extremely urgent task of the education sector. There must be careful guidance so that when choosing a career, students know how to combine factors: aspirations, personal abilities, career requirements and social requirements. Only then can they be successful in their career choice.
