Job description:
- Search and attract students through the educational institution's information channels and social networks.
- Participate in potential customer groups to advertise the course and answer questions from students and parents about course content, processes, procedures, etc.
- Support communication of some Marketing campaigns to promote the image of the educational institution and encourage students to register.
- Research customer needs to coordinate the design of a curriculum that meets students' expectations.
- Keep and manage student records according to the training program and class.
- Enter student data into the class list.
- Add student information to the class group for monitoring and management.
- Actively participate in class observation and monitor students' learning process.
- Answer students' questions about the training program throughout the course.
- Ask customers about their ability to adapt to the training program.
- Remind students about the timetable and exam schedule.
- Receive student profile emails.
- Liaise with teachers, lecturers and parents as required.
- Assist in organising events, workshops and extra-curricular training programmes.
- Attend meetings and disseminate internal regulations to the educational institution.
- Report work to superiors.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, thereby connecting potential clients
- Advise on special education services.

Detailed Experience/Skills
- Graduated from college or higher, priority given to communications and marketing majors.
- Age: 20 to 30 years old.
- Proficient in office computer and English communication
- Pretty appearance, standard pronunciation, good communication skills.
- Dynamic, creative, eager to learn and progress.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in consulting.
- Good communication, presentation, problem solving and teamwork skills.
